WMS Claims Proceedure.

If you are in the unlikely situation where you consider you have to make a claim DO NOT proceed with the repairs until the claim has been authorised by the Claims Administrator.

Your repairer must telephone the Claims Administrator on 01494 484440 and obtain a claim authority number. At that time the Administrator will need:-

Your Proposal Form Number.
Insured's Name
Current Mileage
Nature of Claim
Total Cost
Service History

If a claim arises out of normal business hours the claim must be registered on the answering service on 01494 484440.

If you have opted for W.M.S. Assistance Recovery Service and you require emergency assistance call the 24 Hour Emergency Helpline on 0870 737 5966 .

EXCLUSIONS.

Chassis, bodywork, interior and exterior trim, glass, tyres, batteries, exhaust, catalytic converter, in-car entertainment, locks, seized brake calipers and all service items.

Please note that normal wear and tear of components is EXCLUDED as this will have been reflected in the purchase price according to age and mileage.

It is ESSENTIAL that the vehicle is serviced in accordance to the manufacturers specification and schedule. Failure to observe this WILL INVALIDATE the warranty.
